We do not charge placement or hiring fees and we feel we are a perfect extra adjunct that will let you access this tremendous untapped talent pool and help your business grow.

The optional psychometric analysis will make the matching process more valuable to the business - we can match you on workplace and cultural fit, as well as your skills and experience. This is a valuable and effective tool which you should consider using.

You can upload job roles you are looking for with us for free.

The first five matches will be provided free of charge, and you will be provided with the matching candidate contact details. After those five matches, you will be asked to pay the subscription fee which is currently £99 per month.

Keep your matching active with us by paying the monthly fee. As new candidates register with us, they will be matched with your active job roles. So you can build a talent pipeline to help your resource planning and always be first to find the right candidates.

No. As a company you can match up to 5 professionals for free, at which point we encourage you to upgrade to our 'Business' plan so you can continue to receive matches. This is a fraction of the cost of traditional recruitment fees, at only £99 a month. It's designed to be small and medium-sized business friendly.

For a one-off fee of £29 we offer an insightful psychometric analysis and a professional Experienced CV that you can freely use.

The psychometric analysis is a fun exercise that will provide you with a personalised analysis of over 150 personality traits. Based on rigorous academic research it will help you understand more about yourself and will help you personally and professionally in your choices for your next career move and in your job applications even outside what we can do for you at Experienced.

All this psychometric information is personal to you, but we can use the raw data to better match you to job opportunities - matching you not just on your skills and experience but also on workplace culture and fit. This will ensure you and your new Employer will have the best possible start together.

It is very easy – you can simply upload your already prepared CV. We may then ask additional questions if we feel some areas need clarification.

As a company you can have 10 active roles at any one time, that we will try to find appropriate professionals to match these with. If you require more than 10 roles please contact us.

Not currently. We used a sophisticated matching algorithm to match Professionals with Companies based on skills, and culture fit. Because of this we require companies to create their own accounts. In the future we may support a solution for recruiters.
