Driven by a desire to challenge outdated stereotypes, David believes in showcasing the positive impact seasoned talent can have on modern businesses. He’s proud to be a role model for the mission behind Experienced and is excited by the power of personal analytics and smart matching to create better outcomes for professionals and the businesses that need them.


As CTO and Co-Founder of Experienced, Annabel brings over 15 years of executive search expertise. She has advised global businesses on hiring senior leadership through both top-tier and boutique firms. She is also the CEO and Founder of Talent-M, championing overlooked leadership talent in the hiring process.
At Experienced, Annabel advises on the challenges of sourcing exceptional professionals over 50 and is passionate about the business impact of tapping into this underutilised group. With nearly half the UK workforce projected to be over 50 by 2030, she sees Experienced as a timely and vital solution – one that blends cutting-edge tech with purpose-led strategy to unlock resilience, pragmatism and gravitas where it’s needed most.


With nearly 20 years' expertise in content creation, marketing and PR, Jo brings strategic messaging prowess to Experienced as its CMO and Co-Founder. As a StoryBrand Certified strategist and CEO of The Finesse Group, Jo has helped thousands of clients articulate their value and get the visibility they deserve so they can achieve their goals.
At Experienced, Jo is passionate about solving a critical market gap: connecting seasoned professionals over 50 with forward-thinking companies that value their expertise. She joined the team during its evolution from GrandWorks to Experienced, drawn by their shared mission to create meaningful matches between experienced talent and age-inclusive employers.
Jo is dedicated to building a platform where professionals find fulfilling work and companies access the human expertise that technology can’t replicate.


With a background in neuroscience, Amar leads the application of psycholinguistic research at Experienced to improve how seasoned professionals are matched with the right roles. His work focuses on making the recruitment journey more intuitive, human-centred and reflective of real value.
Amar is enthusiastic about helping experienced individuals have their strengths properly recognised, beyond just technical skills, to include the stability, insight and leadership they bring to teams. As a small business owner himself, he’s seen firsthand the transformative impact experienced hires can have on workplace culture and performance. Joining Experienced felt like a natural fit, aligning his scientific expertise with a mission he believes in deeply.


Adele joined Experienced as CSA and Co-Founder, bringing deep experience across the corporate, startup and social sectors – always with a focus on connecting people and ideas to unlock value. With a background in gerontology, she offers unique insight into the evolving relationship between age and work.
Adele supported the earliest iteration of Experienced and now helps guide its strategic direction, ensuring it meets the needs of both employers and older job seekers. She’s driven by reshaping outdated ideas of retirement and unlocking the potential of an ageing workforce. For Adele, Experienced isn’t just a platform – it’s a movement to reduce bias, build intergenerational teams and help experienced professionals stay connected, purposeful and valued throughout their careers.


As CTA and Co-Founder, Connor brings a strong background in technology and user experience design. He leads the development of a smart, intuitive platform that more meaningfully connects companies with experienced professionals.
Connor is driven to create systems that go beyond qualifications, focusing instead on comprehensive, human-centred matching that reflects the full value of each individual. With the employment landscape shifting due to AI and market uncertainty, he sees Experienced as a timely and much-needed solution – one that puts people first and helps employers discover the talent they might otherwise overlook.


Tobias is CPA and Co-Founder at Experienced, leading the platform’s design and development, including the recent rebrand from GrandWorks. With a background in building innovative startups, most notably Supernotes, an award-winning collaborative note-taking app, he brings deep expertise in UX, design and coding.
Committed to creating a streamlined, beautiful platform, Tobias aims to combine psychometric science with user-centred design to help experienced professionals find meaningful roles. He was drawn to Experienced’s mission to bring older workers back into the hiring conversation, addressing a market often overlooked by tech careers platforms.
