When we match your job vacancy we will provide the key points as to why we think the professional is a good match. If there are several candidates, we will rank these for you and explain why. At the same time the professional(s) will receive a communication to say that they have been matched and if they would like to proceed, we will provide the full contact details and CV. You can review the CV and other details as you would normally do with your candidates.

Yes.

If you receive a match that you don't align with please let us know, by clicking the relevant response at the bottom of the email you receive. From there you'll be able to fill out some quick feedback so we can make sure to match you with someone better next time.

One of the key benefits of you registering with Experienced is that you don’t need to apply for any roles until you are matched and the business wants to take you forward into their recruitment process. We are not a jobs board – we are a matching service that is promoting you and your unique experience. This means that our Experienced Matching Process can match you with multiple roles at the same time – increasing the chances of you landing a role.

When we match you with our professionals using our Experienced Matching Process we will explain to you why we feel they are a good match for your job vacancy. They will also receive details about you and why we feel you are a good match for them. Once they then have the details of the job vacancy and wish to proceed then we will send you and the professional’s each other’s contact and other details so that you can connect. You can then communicate with them direct and decide how you wish to proceed with them in your recruitment process.

You will be sent details of the business and the job description you have been matched to. You can then decide whether you feel it is the right fit for you before we let the business know your full details.

We've simplified the process - you'll receive match notifications by email, and you can reply directly from your inbox to express interest or pass on a match. No need to learn a new platform.

A business will see the key details and why we think you are a good match. If you agree and you are interested in the role then you can send them your full CV.

If you would like to proceed with a match then you and the business will receive each other’s contact details (email).

We will optimise your CV first before it is processed by the Experienced Matching Process.

We actively market the benefits to business of employing mature job seekers. When these businesses have an opening, and once they have registered with us, they can easily let us know their job opportunities. We then match you with these using our Experienced Matching Process.

Yes. You will always have a version of the CV that you feel best represents your skills and experience. You can provide this to the business once you are matched.

We do not provide background checks, but you can undertake these as part of your standard recruitment policies.

You would track these as a part of your normal recruitment pipeline management. In the future we will look at having a dashboard for the hiring businesses.

Once you've completed your profile, you can start receiving handpicked talent matches within days. The quality of matches improves as our system learns more about your preferences.

Yes, absolutely.

We take your privacy and data very seriously. Your data is always encrypted in transit (forced SSL) and encrypted at rest (AES-256) on Experienced. You can read our full privacy policy here.

As this is a new and innovative service we do not yet have any metrics to share with you, but we intend to update all our job seekers as we grow and learn. Once you are registered with us then we will always be actively assessing you as a match for job opportunities that are given to us – we do this work at no cost to you. All we ask is that you let us know if you are no longer seeking a role so we can put your matching on hold.

Many businesses, from small to large, are becoming more interested and more alert to the business benefits of employing mature job seekers. We are making it easier for them to find and match their roles with you. The businesses range from well-established family concerns to household name corporates – everyone benefits from Experienced.

We will run regular checks on the businesses to ensure they are bona fide.

Once you are matched and the professional is interested you will receive a summary of their details and decide whether you would like to proceed to have an introduction with them or not.

They are asked to disclose to us what they are looking for in terms of their employment needs and they will be matched accordingly with jobs that meet those needs. Also you will be able to ascertain their interest when you assess them in your recruitment process.

We will not match them to you if they could not demonstrate their experience required.
